These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuizWhiz AI mobile application and related services (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • QuizWhiz AI offers free and paid subscription plans.
  • Payments are billed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App
  • Misuse AI-generated content for academic dishonesty or fraud

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including AI models, design, branding, and software, are owned by QuizWhiz AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the App's features.

6. Educational Disclaimer

QuizWhiz AI is an educational support tool. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or academic outcomes. The App is not a substitute for professional, academic, or medical advice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizWhiz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through informal negotiations first. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
